  1. Delivery of Goods covers the territory of the Republic of Poland, the European Union, Switzerland, and Ukraine. Delivery is made to the address provided by the Customer when placing the order.
  2. The Client may choose the following delivery methods:
    • Via courier service,
    • Seller’s own transport,
    • Personal collection from the Seller’s pickup point with a collection code,
    • Via freight forwarding company.
  3. The Seller provides the Customer with an invoice.
  4. If different delivery times apply to the Goods in the Order, the longest estimated time applies to the entire Order.
  5. If the Customer selects “Self pick-up” as the delivery method, an SMS message containing a unique pickup code will be sent to the phone number provided during registration. This code will also be included on the pro forma invoice and VAT invoice sent to the Customer. Pickup and release of the purchased goods by the Seller is possible only to a person who presents the correct pickup code and a valid ID (identity card or passport). The Seller reserves the right to refuse to release the goods if the pickup code is not presented, if an incorrect code is provided, or if no identification document is shown.
