The Programme covers exclusively inverters with a capacity of up to 20 kW and energy storage systems with a capacity of up to 10 kWh purchased from the Guarantor from 17 October 2025, subject to the conditions set out in these Terms & Conditions being met.
Participation in the Programme takes place automatically at the time of purchase of the device referred to in para. 3, provided that the invoice contains the item “Warranty PLUS”.
§2. Scope of cover
The Warranty PLUS Programme provides:
A guarantee of replacement of the device (inverter or energy storage system) with new equipment, where, within 7 days from notification of the fault, it is not possible to remove the fault remotely.
Replacement of the device will be carried out from units available in the Guarantor’s warehouse. If an identical model is not available, the Guarantor may – following prior consultation with the Customer – supply a device with technical parameters no worse than those of the original device.
If the Customer does not agree to replacement with another model, the Guarantor may provide a replacement device for the duration of the repair.
Assignment of the warranty – the possibility to transfer rights arising from the Programme to the end investor, including in the event of termination or suspension of the installer’s business activity.
Additional reinsurance protection provided directly by the Guarantor, acting as an internal guarantor independent of the device manufacturer.
The protection under the Programme is intended to safeguard the investor’s interests in the event of unforeseen circumstances, in particular relating to the unavailability of the manufacturer’s service support or the termination of the installer’s activity.
§3. Conditions of participation
The Programme covers only devices which are:
purchased at the price applicable on the Guarantor’s sales platform (without additional individual price negotiations),
clearly marked on the sales invoice with the item “Warranty PLUS”,
compliant with the technical requirements specified in § 1 para. 3.
Replacement or repair under the Programme is only possible on the basis of a service request submitted in any form (by e-mail, telephone or in writing) containing:
In the event of replacement or return of a device, the Customer is obliged to send the device in its original packaging together with all accessories.
The Warranty PLUS cover applies for a period of:
24 months from the date of sale of the device,
with the possibility of an additional 2 months allocated for installation at the investor’s premises. Cover commences on the date the installation is commissioned, but no later than 2 months from the date of sale.. Proof of the commencement of operation of the device is the installation acceptance protocol or registered commissioning in the manufacturer’s monitoring system via the application.
§4. Claim handling procedure
Upon receipt of a notification, the Guarantor performs an initial verification and attempts to resolve the issue remotely.
If the fault is not rectified within 7 days from the date of notification, the Guarantor initiates the procedure for replacement of the device.
The replacement device will be supplied from the Guarantor’s current warehouse stock, and the faulty device must be returned within 7 days of receipt of the new equipment.
If the device does not qualify for replacement (e.g. mechanical damage caused by the user), the Guarantor reserves the right to charge the Customer for transport and inspection costs.
§5. Exclusions of liability
The Warranty PLUS Programme does not cover:
damage arising from incorrect installation, use contrary to the user manual or interference by unauthorised persons,
mechanical damage, flooding, overvoltage or other accidental events not related to a defect of the device,
the costs of dismantling and reinstallation of the device at the installation site,
devices whose serial number has been removed, altered or is illegible.
